There Is Power In The Name JESUS

Good Morning My Loves,

power-in-the-name-blog

Lord, we thank you for allowing us to see another day. We thank you for Your grace and Your mercy. There is power in your name Lord, to save, to heal sickness, to deliver from fear and doubt. To conquer addiction, to restore marriages and to cancel depression. To stop any cycle of abuse. To void generational curses. To comfort the lonely and grieving. To bring back the lost  and weary. To defeat every enemy. To triumph over evil….to break every chain. I stand against , and dispel all the evil and negative forces around me. I am totally undeserving, yet you still love me. Thank you, Jesus! Amen.

Isaiah 12: 4, “And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon His name , declare His doings among the people, make mention that His name is exalted.” Praying in the name of Jesus is powerful because when we pray in His name, we pray with His authority. The name of Jesus is so powerful that ignorance of it is robbing many of God’s blessings and fulfillment in life. The enemy will do anything to keep man in the dark so that he can continue to oppress him. The name of Jesus, in it’s simple form, we confess our faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and God. God promises to answer whatever we ask in His name according to His will.

Life is unpredictable we know. One thing that is for certain, the power in the name of Jesus. Whatever you face if you can’t say anything else just call on Jesus. He is always available. Be abundantly blessed my Loves and a blessing to others. I know you can do this because…GREAT IS IN YOU!

  1. Good morning! I just saw your prayer in posts, it’s great. but I often can ‘t feel God with prayer, How did you do?You can share with me, please?

    1. Good Morning,
Praying is your communication to God. Even when you don’t have the words He can listen to your heart. When I pray, I kneel alone and in silence. I talk to Him just like I am in a conversation with someone. Whatever it is that you are praying for know that God answers in His own time with a no(if He has something better for you), a yes or not right now(be patient). You have to have faith and trust God’s timing. Deuteronomy 3:16 says,”Be strong and of good courage, do not be afraid for the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave or forsake you.” What we must remember is that He wants the very best for us. When we pray we want an answer right away and we have to be still and wait on Him. In wait, it increases our faith and we learn in wait to trust totally and depend totally on Him. Seek Him with your whole heart and He will direct you…open your heart and listen. It’s a voice, nudge that you will feel leading you in the right direction. He will lead you,be ready to follow. If I can help anyone please don’t hesitate to email me at greatisinme@yahoo.com I don’t profess to know it all but we can learn more together. I am seeking Him with all that is in me. Be blessed!

  2. This article is super.
I’m going to share greatisinme.com on my facebook because my friends have to read it too.
BTW what do you think about Brexit? Is it good for Britain?

    Regards!

    1. Good Morning,
Thank you for visiting and sharing on FB. We need as much encouragement and motivation as we can get in this world. I really appreciate you leaving a comment.
As far as Brexit, I have been reading about it and both sides, whether in support of staying or leaving make some valid points. At the end of the day all we can do is pray and hope that God guides those in control to do what is best. Either way there will be birthing pains until everything stabilizes.I will most definitely be praying for Britain, that’s one thing I know for sure I can contribute. Be blessed and I hope you stop by for a visit soon.
